| The 180 seat Amelia Inn dining room overlooks the
sixth hole of the Resort's Ocean Links course and the Atlantic Ocean. A $1 million
renovation the the resorts 9 hole Oceanside layout was completed early this year. An
additional 9 holes designed by Bobby Weed, bring the Resorts total to 54 holes of play is
open in September 1999. Recipient of Golf Magazines' 1988 and 1990 "Gold Medal" award as one of the 12 best golf resorts in America.
