All rental clients who reserve a home through our Palmilla Properties office will receive a discounted "Hotel Guest Rate" on golf at the Palmilla and Cabo del Sol golf courses. For reservations & golf information, call (800) 386-2465.

Please note that most of the homes and villas do not have telephones. Cellular phone service and phone rentals can be arranged.

Loreen Geneth, our rental agent will be glad to assist you with special services such as car rental, cook service, cellular phone rental, baby-sitting, restaurant reservations, etc.

All homes and villas require a refundable security/damage deposit in addition to the rental fee. This amount differs with each home and will be listed on the rental agreement.

Rental rates do not include 10% Mexican IVA charge which may apply to the home you rent. This will be reflected in the rental agreement.
