A Masterpiece Course The centerpiece of Callawassie Island is a 27-hole, world-class, championship golf course designed by renowned golf architect Tom Fazio. Consistently rated among the finest in South Carolina, the course is blessed with forests of ancient, magnificent live oaks, magnolias, and tropical palms on elevated and gently rolling terrain. The course is a butterfly design with each of the three nine holes beginning and ending at the Island Clubhouse. Ponds and salt water marshes come into play on 15 of the 27 holes, and six holes play along the expansive waters of Callawassie Creek, creating a truly inspirational golf experience that challenges all skill levels. |

living as a member of the Callawassie Island Club. Club membership includes full access to
a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio, plus a driving range and
practice green. Recreational facilities include four HarTru courts for tennis buffs,
swimming pools at the gracious Island Clubhouse and lively River Club (which also hosts a
community boat dock and barbecue area). The Clubhouse also offers full dining room and
club room facilities, pro shop, and locker rooms. Golf Equity memberships are limited to 595 members and the contribution is $31,000. Social Equity membership contribution is $10,000. Monthly dues for Equity Golf Members are $240+tax for residents, and $160+tax for non-residents. Equity and non-equity social memberships are $115 monthly dues for residents, and $60 monthly for non-residents |
